There are several firmware versions available for different types of passing points.

For passing point with single door (as comes from factory)

Working modes witch can be set by firmware. :


-- Turnstile ( instruction and firmware)

--Vehicle gate or automatic barrier ( instruction and firmware)

-- Gateway ( instruction and firmware)


How to update firmware:

To update the device firmware device must be connected to a personal computer using a USB.
In this mode, the bus-powered USB and optional external power supply is required.
Do not connect to more than one USB controller GUARD-NET simultaneously.
Once connected, the system will have a new removable disk labeledGUARD-NET.
Firmware file "XXX.ROM" must be written to the root directory of the disc.
After recording the file to the correct device (via the safe removal) you can disconnect it from the USB.
Further please add power supply to controller.
This will start the firmware update, which will be shown by "running lights" on the indicators.
After the update the device will do reset and be ready for use.
